For many,
Turno is an EV company.

To some, a lender or a leasing company and for some an energy storage provider.

Each description is true in part.

We lease commercial EVs onto the road, then give their batteries a second life as energy storage.

That category didn't exist. We built it.

The transition doesn't stall on technology.
It stalls on economics.

No one could value a commercial EV battery across its real life.

So lenders held back, operators stalled, and batteries worth far more went to waste.

We fixed that.

Three verticals.
One intelligence layer. One flywheel.

Most EV systems stop at the vehicle. Turno is built around the battery - trained on how it actually behaves across Indian routes, climates, and charging patterns.

Four decisions. One direction.

Each move was the same bet - that the next piece of the battery lifecycle was worth owning.

One Connected System

Heavy commercial vehicle leasing. Battery pack manufacturing. The intelligence layer, now mature, running across every vertical — at scale.

The intelligence layer.

Battery intelligence built from the ground up  degradation models, residual-value frameworks, second-life systems, trained on real operating data.

Building the market.

Turno stopped waiting for a market and built one: stores across 10 cities, and India's first organised marketplace for electric three-wheelers.

The starting point.

The terms operators were offered didn't work. Turno rebuilt underwriting around battery value  and became a top-three lender in electric three-wheelers.

The team.

Every function at Turno is led by someone who has spent their career in that domain. Not adjacent to it - in it.
